Description Hospice Mississauga offers a range of programs supporting individuals of all ages and their families facing a life-limiting illness or grieving the loss of a significant person. Through our support, we hope to ease the fear and anxiety that often dominate during this difficult time. Our support is for the entire family, who may be struggling to cope with the emotional and practical side of caring for a loved one who is dying. Our programs include:

End-of-Life Counseling - Emotional, spiritual, and practical support for those living with a terminal illness, including help with navigating difficult conversations and decisions.

Caregiver and Family Support - Counseling, education, and respite care to help families cope with the challenges of caregiving and loss.

HUUG Program (Help Us Understand Grief) – Children’s Program - Specialized support for grieving children and youth through individual counselling, age-appropriate activities, and family support.

Volunteer Program - Trained volunteers offer companionship, in-home support, and respite care to clients and families throughout illness and bereavement.

Spiritual Care - Support for individuals of all beliefs as they reflect on meaning, legacy, and end-of-life transitions.

Wellness Program - Complementary therapies such as Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Gentle Aroma Touch, and music to promote comfort and reduce stress during illness or grief.
