Description Provides a broad range of services for individuals who require one-on-one support * focuses on functional activities and cognitive remediation to assist people to achieve their maximum level of independence * specializes in acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and soft tissue injuries * evaluation, assessment, and recommendations are prepared by regulated health care professionals * home visits provided * speech and communication skills * behavioural programming * recreation therapy * kinesiology services * supported independent living * physical therapy and occupational therapy directed programs

Holistic approach to treatment is incorporated * includes life skills * education * cognitive remediation * activities of daily living * job search program * job coaching * spinal cord rehabilitation * physical conditioning * community reintegration
