Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description Community based agency offering programs to adults and youth who are in conflict with the law. 
 
Youth Program and Services are divided into four sections which include: 
 
•Prevention: Empowering Against Exploitation and Empowering Girls Against Exploitation, Court Support Services for Youth, Building Resilience in Girls 
•Support: Girls in the Know, Youth Now (Y-Now Halton), Female Mobile Support (FMS), Attendance Centres (Peel and Halton 
•Reintegration: Follow Up and Aftercare (Open and Secure), Marjorie Amos Residence 
•Advocacy: Youth Resources, Canadian Association of Women's Criminal Justice Residential Options (CAROW), International Sector collaboration 
 
 
Adult Programs and Services are also divided into four sections: 
 
•Prevention: Pre-Disposition Community Service, Alternative Measures, Community Justice Worker, Drug Treatment Court (Halton), Diversion Program - An Alternative to Criminal Conviction, Direct Accountability Program - Gender Specific Groups, Court Support Program 
•Support: Vanier Centre for Women - Change is a Choice Program, CSO (Community Service Orders), Bonnie McPhee Residence, Mother Child Program, Intermittent Community Work Program, Community Counselling, Adult Court Counselling Service 
•Reintegration: Women's Transitional Residence, Ellen House 
•Advocacy: Canadian Association of Women's Criminal Justice Residential Options (CAROW), International Sector Collaboration
