Description Immediate crisis intervention and other related services to persons victimized by crime or tragic circumstance  
Services include:•Crisis Intervention - short term counseling * attendance * resources, education, advocacy, community help program (REACH)  
•Community Information Sessions - program provided at the request of community organization, school, police services or religious institution to raise awareness about the available support services for victims of crime and tragic circumstances in Peel Region 
•Court Advocacy  
•South Asian Family Enrichment  
•Transitional and Housing Support  
•Victim Quick Response 
Court Advocacy: Assists as a court advocate within the judicial process to help ensure that victims’ rights are upheld and that courts take the required steps to maintain clients’ safety. Includes communication on behalf of clients 
•monitoring of bail hearings, same-day outcome communications to the client 
Crisis Intervention: 24/7 helpline: immediate emotional and practical support to individuals and families who have been victimized by crime or tragic circumstance. Offer healing through counselling, advocacy and education and support through - short term counselling, scene attendance, resources, education, advocacy, community, help program (REACH) 
South Asian Family Enrichment (SAFE) Program: provides support to families who are caught in the cycle of family violence * offers: help with immediate crisis intervention, promote healing through counseling and advocacy. Collaborate with individuals, cultural centres, businesses and religious organizations within ethno-specific communities, the agency offers culturally appropriate services that help women, children and men eliminate violence within their families. Volunteers are specially trained and work closely with professional counsellors and other agencies in the community, providing advocacy and ongoing support to South Asian clients in difficult circumstances 
Transitional Housing and Support Program: immediate crisis intervention, promotes healing through counseling and advocacy * helps women in abusive relationships transition to a life that is independent of their abusers and free from violence * develop structured transition and safety plans  
Victims Quick Response: provides timely financial assistance to victims of violent crime * designed to support victims in the immediate aftermath of a violent crime, to lessen the impact of the event, and to increase a victim’s safety * intended to help contribute to the costs of counselling, funeral and emergency expenses * support available to victims of homicide (including attempted murder), serious physical assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, and hate crimes
