Description Connect 4 Life aims to empower individuals with disabilities by providing access to education and training programs that will allow them to become independent, contributing members of society. Education and training programs will encourage independence in all stages of life. 
 
Their programs and services include: life skills training, radio broadcast training, advocacy and referral, counseling and support, and education and training for the public.
