Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description Developmental Services Ontario Central West Region (DSO CWR):  
* one of nine DSOs across the province  
* responsible for Peel Region, Halton Region, Wellington County, Dufferin County and Waterloo Region  
* has local office sites in three of the regions/counties it serves  
 
DSO Central West Region Peel Office is your point of access for Ministry of Community and Social Services funded adult developmental services and supports. DSO's Peel Office is the contact point for families/individuals who are interested in accessing:  
*Residential Services and Supports  
*Caregiver Respite  
*Community Participation Supports (with social and recreational activities, work activities and volunteer activities, including Passport)  
*Specialized Services, such as Service Coordination or Clinical Services  
*Person-Directed Planning Supports
Hours Mon-Fri: 9am-4:30pm
Dates Tuesday and Thursday - Drop in 
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - By appointment only
Areas Served Peel Region ; Peel Region and Dufferin County
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) - 100 year(s) 
 
Ages: 18 year(s) and up  
 
Individual must have a documented developmental disability, and meet age and residency requirements.
